Qualification Description
This course is designed to provide organisations and individuals recruiting and employing Indigenous workers with access to the skills and knowledge to mentor their Indigenous trainees and employees in order to improve their prospects of obtaining and retaining work-based training opportunities.
This course is specifically for people working to support Indigenous employment and training outcomes in public and private sector organisations across a range of industries.

Entry Requirements
- Relevant work/life experience
- Cultural competence – demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively and understanding contemporary issues with Indigenous Australians.
- Satisfactory completion of LLN before course commencement.
This will be assessed by an interview prior to course commencement.
