Qualification Description
This qualification gives you the skills to start a career in warehousing, transport and logistics, as a warehouse operator, freight handler, or store person. You will gain the skills in areas of safety management, workplace health and safety, general warehousing principles and processes, customer service, receiving and dispatching goods.
Units of competency
This qualification consists of 11 units made up of 8 core and 3 elective units.

*Learners under the age of 18 are not able to sit the high risk licence units due to WorkSafe regulations. In these cases the units TLIE3002 – Estimate/calculate mass, area and quantify dimensions and TLIB2001 – Check and assess operational capabilities of equipment will be substituted.
